Whoopdy Doo mountain biker

THE MUNTED RIDING GUIDE

Find the best mountain bike game for your kind of ride.

Do you want to learn a trail, link tricks, take a new downhill route each run, or race? Start with the feeling you want from your next descent.

About this guide: We make Whoopdy Doo. This comparison describes published App Store features, rather than hands-on ratings. It includes three games from other developers so you can choose the riding style that interests you.

LEARN A LINE

Whoopdy Doo

Choose this style if you like returning to a named trail, refining a landing and comparing a run with your own best clean line. Fern & Fable, Loose Goose and Cloud Nine offer three routes; Free Ride adds six hidden places, connecting paths and summit lifts.

The stick controls weight and aerial movement. Brakes can bias the front or rear wheel. Progress stays on your device, with no account required.

LINK TRICKS

Shred! 2 ft Sam Pilgrim 2026

Consider Shred! 2 if a trick-and-combo focus is what you want. Its listing describes more than 40 handcrafted levels, over 200 challenges, bike customization and Bluetooth controller support.

That gives you a different starting point from simply improving one clean descent: look at its challenges and control options before choosing.

TAKE A NEW DESCENT

Descenders

Consider Descenders if you want procedural downhill worlds and a risk/reward structure. The listing emphasizes freestyle controls, runs that change and online Rep and team features.

It is a paid download in the US listing we checked. Read its device and online-feature details if you plan to play away from a connection.

RACE AND CUSTOMIZE

Bike Unchained 3

Consider Bike Unchained 3 if downhill racing, jump competitions and collecting or customizing licensed bikes sound appealing. Its listing also describes rider mentors and time-limited events.

Compare its store purchase details and event requirements with the kind of session you want to play.

Controls and screen size

A touch screen makes steering, braking and balancing part of the experience. Whoopdy Doo uses landscape orientation and a stick with separate pedal, pump and brake controls. If a controller matters to you, check the individual listing: Shred! 2 explicitly lists Bluetooth controller support.

The kind of progress you enjoy

Improving a familiar trail, completing trick challenges, managing a risky run and racing for rewards ask for different commitments. Choose the loop you want to repeat. Whoopdy Doo is built around trails, exploration, medals and local best lines.

Device, price and connection

Compare minimum software and your specific device on the App Store. A free download may offer paid extras. Do not assume every mode works offline: online rankings, events and purchases may have different requirements. The linked listings are the source for current availability and purchase details.
